Job responsibilities include:
1. Daily data entry, bookkeeping, invoicing, bill paying, payroll and handling all aspects of a small business office.
2. Additional administrative duties as needed.
Skills/ Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service skills with an ability to effectively handle and resolve inquiries and issues a must.
2. Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping for small businesses, including bank reconciliations, gross receipts tax reporting, fixed assets and other accounting issues.
3. Knowledge of payroll and payroll tax laws, payroll and government reporting procedures.
4. Proficiency in Quickbooks, Word and Excel is a must.
